Leading employment platform, Employment Hero, has announced the integration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 into its employment software, moving businesses a step closer to one-click hiring.
The new tool will allow Employment Hero users to streamline the process of onboarding and offboarding employees on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, the productivity suites used by the vast majority of UK SMEs.
These new integrations will reduce admin and save businesses time when it comes to managing these accounts, which is particularly helpful to small businesses that have limited or no IT resources. Annual leave can also be automatically synced with individual workplace Google and Microsoft calendars.
Kevin Fitzgerald, UK MD at Employment Hero, said: “This is the next step towards our goal of helping British businesses hire someone with the single click of a button. Think of it as a virtual IT manager taking the pain of software provisioning and management off the plate of those that just want to onboard – and offboard – staff members.
“We’re all about making life easier for those running and managing SMEs and are constantly thinking of ways to save them time, admin and money. Our continued investment across R&D allows us to do just that. These new integrations with Google and Microsoft will make it even easier for Employment Hero users to manage their teams, while running and growing their businesses. Almost all UK firms run on either Microsoft or Google so it’s fantastic to bring in this integration.”
The new Microsoft and Google features follow a recent integration with Slack, which makes it easier for managers to recognise team members while also improving employee engagement.
Employment’s Hero’s continued investment in its platform and new automations follows an announcement that it now processed more than £51 billion in payroll globally.
Employment Hero continues to partner with best-in-breed software from around the world via open API integrations to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone.
