Tell us a bit more about your business and how it started.
Integrity360 was founded in 2005 in Dublin, Ireland, as a cybersecurity solutions provider. The company began as a traditional Value Added Reseller (VAR) by offering cyber-managed security technology consultancy services and has since evolved into a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) alongside expanding our offerings to include a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity services such as incident response, security testing and cyber-risk management. Over the years, Integrity360 has grown into one of the leading cybersecurity specialists in Europe, serving a diverse range of industries including financial services, healthcare, telecoms and the public sector.
How has the business grown since it started and how did you ensure growth?
Since its inception, Integrity360 has expanded significantly, growing from the initial team of three employees to now over 550 resources operating across eight countries with offices and four Security Operations Centres (SOCs). The company has driven growth through strategic acquisitions such as the purchase of Advantio and Netsecure, which have expanded its service offerings and geographic reach. Investment in talent and technology has also been a key driver, allowing the company to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

What has your career looked like so far?
A C-suite executive at Integrity360 typically has a background in cybersecurity, IT consulting or business management, with experience in leading teams and driving growth in tech-related sectors. Many of our executives have held senior positions in other technology companies or have extensive experience in managing cybersecurity operations across different markets. I myself started at Integrity360 back in early 2013 as a senior security consultant and have worked and have held a number of management and leadership roles over that time, working my way up to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Over that time, I have helped the company grow from the Ireland-centric business it began life as, and into the pan-European cybersecurity leader it is today. Leading the development of our managed security services, which we are now well known for, is a particular highlight.
